A pretty good review, with the exception of its tendency to grade content on its quantity rather than quality. Nevertheless, it did a fair job, which is what matters most.
Introduction - 8/10
No splash page, not really needed. I'm using a 1024x768 browser, so hopefully it works.. Ok good you have the requirements.. Alright, I'll switch my browser size. I won't comment about the layout yet, but it's interesting.. Gilmore Girls= Good show. So that's good, you've sparked my interest. Although now I'm starting to think this is a fansite. It's not is it? Maybe you should have A PERSONAL SITE BY VERA somewhere, just to clarify to the dumbasses around here. (ie. me). I don't really like the colour of your background. It reminds me of pumpkins. I was going to say something more disgusting, but I censored myself. I like that font, it works well with the image.
Why would you need to switch your browser size when I state that anything over 800x600px is OK? Not a conventional color, but I find that it matches.
Layout/Main Page - 19/30
The layout is so-so in my books. It shows a little bit of skill with the warped pictures with shadow thing, but something about it just seems.. odd. It sort of seems like something a 12 year old might make, not a 20 year old. It all comes down to.. Left Behind? What does it all come down to? Oh well, not important. The information about you is not very interesting. I'd add a bit more things about you that might make visitors more interested in hanging around. The tables are kind of ugly, especially with the grey lines. You should have made some nicer lines in your layout and then used iframes.
It's so-so in your books, but you still dislike it? I-frames? WHY???
Contents - 32/60
On to the content... I like how when you scroll over the link it shows what it means in the taskbar below. I was going to complain about not knowing what they were until you saved me the trouble. One thing I notice right away, you don't need to keep that "Happy Surfing" tip at the top of this page, you only need it on the first page really, not on the rest. Hopefully it's not on the rest.
Oh I have it in two places because I link the blog page in a listing, so I was making sure everyone could see it.

Wow, you seem very smart. Computer science eh? Then perhaps you should disregard any comments I have about coding, you've obviously got that down pat. Pretty informative, you should have some of this stuff on your first introduction under the Left Behind thing.

Wastebasket
These layouts all look a lot better than your current one, but i'm happy because I didn't have to review an anime layout which I am not a big fan of. This page could have been in a SITE section, instead of being a whole different section all together. Not that important. Gifts/Rewards Same with this section, and the Reviews. Ahh good, there's our link.
I don't have separate pages for each section, just different headers.
Graphics
These layouts are not that overly impressive. You should have a guestbook or something to see if people are actually using these. You should have the links seperate, I didn't like having to look into the layout to find the HERE that would start a download.
I used to have one, but hardly anyone commented. So I just hope they'll leave the credits.
Writing Tips
Did you write these? I can't tell, if You did they're pretty good. The how to write a good essay(?) is interesting. It's like something I learned in English class, not something I would want to read about on the internet. I thought maybe by clicking on Getting rid of writer's block, it would say: START WRITING IDIOT. haha that would be funny... to me anyway.

Your content overall is pretty lackluster. Maybe it's because I'm so used to visiting personal sites with lots of interaction and stuff. You should post some intellectual insights, or code helping or Anything else. All I really got out of your content was a lot of information about how you look, and a link to erotic elves. Ohohoho.
I find it hard to make LOTS of content, and I'd rather NOT have things I wouldn't be interested in.

Conclusion
Well you got higher than 50%, doesn't that make you happy? Overall, your layout lacks something, as does your content. You should definatly change your "pumpkin" coloured background into something more pleasing to the senses. Add more things about yourself in your side bar thing, and just generally spice up your site. It just seems very dull. The only funny and memorable thing I took away from your site was Erotic Elves. Man that cracks me up. So yeah, just work on adding more content, and writings, and change the poo colour. THERE I SAID IT! I'M SORRY BUT IT REMINDS ME OF CRAP!! Also, you never really said anything about the Gilmore Girls (from what I saw anyway) why no mention? Hmm.
